Winemaker's Notes:

Italian varietals are new to the Barossa?s viticultural landscape and many are well suited due to their ability to ripen fully whilst retaining naturally high acid levels. Barbera can reach the desired flavour ripeness without the need for acidification and allows us to make a completely natural wine (with a small dose of SO2 the only addition).
